The world is in a weird place right now.
There is a strange energy in the air.
Fear and uncertainty heightened by media led hysteria has reached further than I thought.
Families have turned on each other. Friends have become shells of who they once were.
There is so much information out there that people are becoming overwhelmed.
Some people have become cult-like in their commitment to one narrative or another and some have just been paralysed by fear & negativity because of their overconsumption.
Social media has been flooded with alternative narratives from what the mainstream has been pushing - which is great - but this is just adding to the tension and unease.
People are being pulled one way or another and are struggling not to succumb to fear & paranoia.
You can sense the unrest.
You can feel the uneasy energy.
You can almost see the negativity.
Sometimes I wonder whether this collective energy of uncertainty, negativity & uneasiness is affecting people individually.
It could well be.
Have you noticed people you love acting differently?
Are you being you experiencing lower energy levels than normal?
Maybe you find yourself quick to stress or find you have become more negative?
The thing to remember is, you must not panic.
One thing remains true and unwavering; you control your health - physical, emotional, spiritual and mental.
You still hold the keys.
You're still in the driver’s seat.
You can decide whether you're going to succumb to fear and low energy frequencies & give up on your health & well-being, or whether you're going to power up your energy levels & fight for your health/family/life.
A drop in the world’s collective energy will not have much effect on you if you’re looking after yourself.
If you’re training your body and mind.
Staying in top physical condition - eating right, working out.
Sharpening your mind - writing, reading, engaging in intellectual conversations
Protecting your spiritual well-being - quitting porn, practising gratitude, positive affirmations.
Only YOU can do this.
Keep yourself strong and healthy.
Protect yourself, protect your energy.
