I’ve playfully included the warning up top because you may be someone who is easily tempted into acting upon their sexual urges.
You’re not alone. This is currently a plague in our society.

Sex sells.
And you’re the target audience.
But what you may not realise is the damage this onslaught is doing to you.
YOU’RE UNDER ATTACK!
The above video is just one example of what I’m talking about.
In my opinion, there’s no talent on display here which leads me to believe that the only reason 410 million people around the world have watched this so far is because of the ‘sex appeal’ of these two scantily clad women as they spit highly sexualised vulgarity whilst gyrating their ‘assets’.
And remember, this is the music and images your kids are being subjected to.
But it doesn’t stop there.
Your favourite social media apps are now plagued with over-sexualised content and porn.
Instagram has gone from sunset shots to bikini shots and from harmless selfies to OnlyFans promotions.
And Twitter is a cesspool. You can stumble upon hardcore without much effort and sadly with very little concern or censorship from the people who run the platform.
All this is shaping your mind and that of your kids.
Now, the question is, with all this sexual content at your fingertips, what do you do about it?
Are you someone that finds themself giving in to their desires and searching for porn sites?
Do you find yourself masturbating to the images/videos?
Is this something you want your kids/future kids to see you doing?

The images you see are designed to trigger you into these types of responses. They are designed to give you dopamine hits until you’re hooked and want more & more of them.
You’ll keep returning to the sites and they’ll keep getting paid, at the expense of your natural energy and soul.
The energy that helps you make good decisions for the betterment of your wellbeing is being wasted on digital dopamine hits from images of boobs & butts, and hardcore sex.
The bad decision of ‘acting out’ time and again, whilst succumbing to your pursuit of instant gratification pleasure, is destroying you - and you may be totally unaware.
After ejaculation, do you feel shame? Regret? Depressed?
This is because you’ve released your natural sexual energy and depleted it - leaving you with low energy and prone to making negative decisions and having destructive thoughts.
